ok well my birthday is coming soon and i need a new look or at least a touch up.i had brown hair with highlights,eventually,they grew out and i decided to dye it burgundy...the color lasted about a month and now i have my original color which used 2 b brown...i dont know wat happpened...i guess the color faded and i can even c my highlights.!!!
sooo., i need some advice..i have a skin color like veige..not that dark not that light..i need some hair color tips!!please??black?burgundy?reddish??i was thinking about dyeing it black and do like 2-4 blonde highlights*but on the bottom.not on the top of the head on the layer that is across the ears..like that)how do u call those??highlights under??? please help me!!my birthday is coming!!

I personally dont' like the black and blonde look; it looks too skunk-ish, but maybe that's just me. I would suggest going to a good salon and getting a consultation (they are free) about what colors would complement your skin tone, etc.
