Hello, for ages i have dyed my hair darkest brown , and i feel now its washing my skin tone out and making me quite pale even though im olive skinned. My original hair colour is ash brown.
im afraid if i put a pre lightner on it then put a lighter brown on top it will turn a funny shade

go to the hair dressers and they will prime it first and they will get it to the exact colour you want. after all there the pros and its worth payin that lil bit extra! i mean there is nowt worse than havin hair u hate trust me!
They will know wat will suit ur skin tone too!

If it feel that it will put a funny shade why don't you put some streaks to make it a little better.

mines dark too and my skin is light olive coloured, as ive got older ive tended to use a light golden brown on my hair, it doesnt lighten it too much and it doesnt make my skin look pasty
