Dark brown hair going blonde?

I already got the hair cut that I feel suits me but I want to dye my hair completley blonde [no bleaching] except the side bangs%26amp;front and put cotton candy colors in it, but I'm not sure I can do that and I know I cannot afford to go to a hair salon for this.

So could I get my dark brown hair blonde?

I put olive oil in my hair, if it gets dry after I dye it, will olive oil help it?

I guess you should try blond bangs. Don't dye your whole hair blond it looks good just the way its is
