Will dark brown semi permanent hair dye wash out COMPLETELY from auburn hair?

I have auburn, reddish brown, hair and im thinking about trying a dark brown shade. Definitely not permanently, i love my color, but i feel like playing around with a new look. Something that will not change the color forever!

if i use a semi permanent box dye, once it washes out, will my hair be EXACTLY as it is now? Or will it have a brown tint?

Semi-permanent dyes DON'T wash out!!!

I dyed my hair with one and it didn't wash out at all. When I went to my hairdresser to get it removed she said that they didn't wash out, they're basically permanent. Now I can't go back to my natural color, I just have to keep dying it.

I have natural reddish brownish auburn hair. I started dying semi-permanent dark brown like 2 years ago and now i do it ever since - I dont know how to get it out my hair without letting my roots grow back because its looks silly, :( i need some advice, Report It
