Good dark brown hair dye?

i had my hair dyed at toni and guy a few weeks ago from a mid reddy brown to chocolate brown, i've been using tigi brunette shampoo and conditioner but its still faded to a mid brown again, which is annoying cos i loved the colour when i first did it.

im thinking about putting casting creme praline chocolate overtop of it, but im a bit worried that it will go really black, i stil want it to be brown, but the darkest sort of brown you can get if that makes sence. black is too bold and harsh.

i've tried high street dyes before, and they always turn my hair jet black (even though the colour on the box is a dark / mid brown) casting creme will probably come out okay, but they only last 30 washes. any surgestions?

L'Oreal Excellence Cream in Dark Brown matches my own dark brown hair perfectly, I never have root re-growth! It's also very gentle. I use a flat iron frequently and I don't have any split ends.

I use Feria by L'Oreal. Everyone always compliments me on my hair color (dark brown), and tells me that it looks very natural, with subtle highlights.

I use Belle Colour and have for many years. I love my hair and wouldn't use anything else. Tesco sometimes does a deal on this item - 2 for 鎷? so I stock up.

By adding another 'BROWN' to your already 'BROWN' hair ....you will quite possibly get 'BLACK' hair out of this....go back to the toni and guy place and ask them if they can get you some ART-TECH shampoo in the CHOCOLATE BROWN color....your already colored and anything you put in your hair most of the base color will stay but the lighter colors used to make the color will fade....And I must tell you black is the worst color to get out of hair.....

once you have had your hair coloured at salon you will never get the same colour from home dyes, but ive used garnier nutresse in chocolate brown before and its a lovely brown [rich] but if you can afford to go back to the salon its better, im lucky my sons g/f has her own salon so she does my hair every 3mths, but try sticking to the salon,
